Ledger Essentials (“the Service”) is an AI-powered bookkeeping assistant operated by JNG Tax & Advisory LLC. The Service provides general bookkeeping information and educational guidance.
Ledger Essentials provides general bookkeeping information, not professional accounting, tax, or financial advice. Responses are educational in nature. You should consult a qualified accountant or CPA for advice specific to your situation. We are not liable for decisions made based on information provided by this service.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
New accounts receive a $2 starter allowance of AI usage with no credit card required. The allowance is usage, not a numbered-day trial, and does not require a card. When it is used up, continued AI replies require a subscription or a credit pack. Subscription plans auto-renew unless canceled. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal — access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Credit packs are one-time purchases, do not auto-renew, and do not expire. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if you're unsatisfied.

The Service, including its design, code, knowledge base, and branding, is owned by JNG Tax & Advisory LLC. Responses generated by the AI are provided for your personal or business use and may not be resold or redistributed as a competing service.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. JNG Tax & Advisory LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
