Put a guest chat on your firm's page. You add credit. You pay $10 once for a guest conversation, on the first eligible booking or phone click after a successful reply. Messages do not draw that credit. Ledger Essentials does not charge the visitor. You cannot read the visitor's messages. You can see a booking or phone click, when it happened, the amount, and whether it was charged.
